CNC Mill Machinist responsible for manufacturing parts per print and upholding MiQ quality standards

Duties & Responsibilities
CNC Mill Machinist responsible for:
Manufacturing parts per print and upholding MiQ quality standards
Conversational programming of 2 and 3-axis CNC Mills, Hurco and Prototrak CNC mills
Select tooling accordingly to manufacture part to print
Quick response machining of small batch quantity, low to medium complexity parts
Familiar with CNC G-Code programs for 3 & 4-axis, horizontal and vertical, mill and lathe machine tools
Setup CNC mill, setup tooling, load CNC G-code programs, and run production quantity parts
Able to interoperate 2D drawings, and conversational program/process machine per drawing spec
Familiar with CNC Machinist measuring tool (mics, calipers, pin gauges… etc.)
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes and methods.
Experienced with Aerospace processing, materials, and documentation requirements
CNC Programmer advancement opportunity, using Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM software
Confers with production staff concerning fixturing and CNC tooling ensuring efficient production methods
Mechanical assembly of bushings, bearings, sleeves… etc., light aerospace component assembly
Setup, program, and run CNC part marking equipment

Education & Experience
More than (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Training
NX CNC Programming training, per requirement
All new employees are required to attend New Employee Orientation and AS9000 Training
